BusinessLink Pricelist

BusinessLink product
BusinessLink refers to CYTA' s International Private Leased Half Circuits (Analog & Digital)
BusinessLink circuits are offered with contract having a minimum duration of 1 month.
BusinessLink charges are expressed in Euro (€), include VAT(currently at 15%) and are a combination of a fixed monthly charge and non-recurring (one-time) charges. BusinessLink charges cover CYTA' s international half-circuit and the local extension in Cyprus.

Monthly Charges 
The monthly charges depend on the circuit type and the Zone in which the country of destination falls. (Please see Geographic Coverage)
Applications for BusinessLink circuits with countries not included in the pricelist are examined as special cases. The same applies to BusinessLink circuits having data rates higher than 2 Mbps (34 Mbps, 45 Mbps, 155 Mbps). In this case a special agreement must be signed.
Additional charges are levied in the case where a customer requests CYTA to provide the circuit via a specific route other than that planned by CYTA. Additional charges will be estimated on a case-by -case basis.

One-time Charges

Installation Charges:
64kbps: €1473,67 (£862,50)
128kbps - 1.024kbps: €1.964,89 (£1.150)
2Mbps: €2.456,11 (£1.437,50)

The installation charges for BusinessLink circuits having data rates higher than 2 Mbps, (34 Mbps, 45 Mbps, 155 Mbps) will be provided on a case-by-case basis.

Charges for upgrade/degrade:
Charges for data rate changes is equal to €982,45 (£575) if initial and final data rate is included in the pricelist. Data rate changes to and from 34 Mbps / 45 Mbps / 155 Mbps are calculated on a case-by-case basis.

Local loop relocation Charges:
Normal installation charges apply.

Order Cancellation Charges:
A BusinessLink order cancelled within one week from the date of signing a relevant contract and before the installation of the circuit is subject to € 589,47 (£345) cancellation fee. Orders cancelled one week after date of signing a contract, are subject to the full installation charges.

Charges for early contract termination:
If a contract is prematurely terminated by the customer, customer pays a penalty that is equal to the mount of the monthly discount times the remaining months.

Notice for terminating a BusinessLink circuit: 15 days

DISCOUNT SCHEMES

Α. Contract discounts

Β . Discounts for customers with net monthly charges greater than €19.648,92 (£11.500)

Notes:

1. Wholesale discounts are offered to CYTA' s Correspondents as well as IPLC providers who have secured a relevant licence from the Office of the Commissioner of Telecommunications and Postal Regulation

2. In the case of special projects which include multiple IPLC or / and have duration greater than 2 years, an additional discount is possible (further to the discount offered via discount scheme A). The additional discound shall be estimated on a case by case basis.

3. Discount scheme B is applied on the amounts obtained after all other discounts have been applied.

Temporary BusinessLink circuits
A temporary BusinessLink circuit may be granted for period of less than one month.
In this case the charges are calculated as follows:
First day of lease: 20% of monthly charges
Each subsequent day from the second day: 1/30 of the monthly rental.
Normal installation charges apply.

CytaTransfer

Global private virtual connections employing Frame Relay (FR) or Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) protocols are made available as alternatives to our own CytaConnect product, through alliances of CytaGlobal with international FR/ATM providers, to destinations worldwide. For FR connections, access speeds and committed information rate (CIR) ranging from 64kbps to 2 Mbps are provided. For ATM connections, access speeds of 2Mbps are available either on Constant-Bit-Rate (CBR) or Variable-Bit-Rate (VBR), with a variety of source traffic parameters.

CytaTransfer product is jointly provided with EQUANT and other international partners. The international segment of the private virtual circuit (PVC) is charged on the basis of EQUANT or partner's price list. In addition, the customer is charged for the local loop access to the local FR/ATM node, on the basis of CYTA's price list as follows:
