Billing Services
Customised billing formats are routine at Cytaglobal. Depending on the specific information requirements of our customers, we can ready comprehensive wholesale or retail billing, invoice summaries, call detail reporting, traffic statistics, single point billing and a wide selection of other formats.

International Network Management
We take our customers seriously. Twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, Cytaglobal's customers are supported by both our International Transmission Network Centre and our newly launched International Network Traffic Management Centre. CableRestore
In providing total fibre management, we can plan, co-ordinate and execute restoration of PDH and SDH submarine cable links via reserve cable capacity owned either exclusively or in part by Cytaglobal.

CableConsult
Our experienced professionals can provide consultation, integration, administration and central billing services, for submarine cable systems on a global scale. In particular, Cyta currently offers Central Billing Services and Network Management Services to APHRODITE 2, CADMOS and UGARIT submarine cable systems . Furthermore, Cyta provides Overall Restoration Liaison Officer (ORLO) services for these cable systems, and has been appointed as Commercial Network Administrator of the Black Sea Fibre Optic Cable System (BSFOCS).

RoamingAccess
RoamingAccess makes available the provision of SCCP relay facilities to most international Destination Point Codes(DPCs) and at this stage it is exclusively offered to Cyta's own GSM Operator, Cytamobile-Vodafone, to establish international roaming seamlessly with GSM operators all over the world. FreePhone
International Freephone Service (IFS) and Universal International Freephone Number (UIFN) Service allow businesses to conveniently receive calls from their customers in another country: In these cases calls are free of charge to the caller, while the recipient is billed for the international calls. IFS numbers assigned by Cytaglobal are of the format 8009 XXXX. If however, a business enterprise wishes to be reached from several countries on the same freephone number, UIFN may be offered enabling the business to be allocated a unique international freephone number that is the same throughout the world. In this case, UIFN is of the format +800 XXXX XXXX and is assigned in association with the International Telecommunications Union (ITU).
